- How do I retrieve my password to my Bragfolio account if I have forgotten it?
Click on the “forgot password” link under the login are. Enter in your email address and click the “Submit” button. You will receive an email from Bragfolio with your password information.
- How do I access my account profile and brag book on Bragfolio?
To access your profile and brag book you must first create an account. Next, login with your email address and password and click on the “My Profile” link.
- How do I update my account information or change my password?
After logging in to the site, click the "My Profile" link. Here you can make profile changes. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page and your changes will be displayed immediately.
- When will my account expire?
Your account will not expire.
- What is the difference between signing up as a job applicant and signing up as an employer?
Once logged in, job applicants can create their online resume when creating an account. They can also upload images and documents.
Once logged in, pharmaceutical medical industry employers can search through Bragfolio’s pool of job applicants brag books and save brag books. Employers can also email candidates and applicants directly from the Web site regarding pharmaceutical sales positions and medical industry positions.
- How quickly are my account changes displayed?
Any account changes you save will be displayed immediately.
- How do I make my job applicant contact information confidential?
You can make your general information confidential by selecting the check box on the general information page. This information will not be displayed when employers are viewing your brag book. Employer profile information is not displayed on Bragfolio.
- Who will see my information?
Only job applicants and employers with profiles can view other job applicants’ profiles and brag books. Job applicants and employers cannot view other employers’ profile information.
- Can I have multiple profiles with the same email address?
Each account must have a unique email address. If there is an account with an existing email address in the database, you will be asked to sign up with a different email address.
- How do I cancel my account?
Email the administrator at
administrator@bragfolio.com requesting the deletion of your account. Your request will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Currently, pharma sales rep jobs and medical rep jobs are not available on Bragfolio. This is a new feature coming soon to Bragfolio.
- How do I know if an opportunity I received from an employer through Bragfolio is legitimate?
To verify that an employer is a legitimate company visit the company’s Web address rather than directly clicking on the link provided in the email. If the email includes a job proposition, the job should be listed on the company Web site.
You can also call the company directly using the company's publicly listed phone number to verify the job opportunity.
Even try researching the company by conducting an Internet search and through the Better Business Bureau.
- How and why should I tell a friend about Bragfolio?
Once you have logged in, click on the “Tell a Friend” link to share your unique brag book Web address and other great features of Bragfolio with your friends and fellow employees seeking pharma sales rep jobs.
- Can I apply for jobs with my online brag book?
You can apply for pharmaceutical sales positions and medical representative jobs by sending employers your unique online Web address.
- Should I cancel my account and brag book if I am not looking for a job?
